National Wetlands Inventory Classification System

Classification system (Cowardin and others, 1979) used by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) in the National Wetland Inventory (NWI). This partial list of units includes only those mapped along the Mustang Island State Park and Port Aransas transects.
